Purpose of VC Committee:

1.                  Its purpose is to provide strategic oversight and assurance that the school 

1.                  Identifies and supports pupils who are vulnerable to underachievement or reduced wellbeing. 

2.                  Meets statutory duties for attendance, SEND, safeguarding, Pupil Premium, and equality. 

3.                  Implements evidenceinformed strategies to improve outcomes for vulnerable pupils while managing staff workload
